T6e Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and mod~fied is in all respects ratified and confirmed by this SeventeentL Supplemental Indenture, and all the provisions herein contained shaIl be deemed p~rt of the Original Indenture in the manner and to~ the extenf herein provided. The covenants and agreements herein contained shall ~ inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respecNve s~icce~ors and assigns of the parties hereto. S~oN 16.
