No prepayment nor pre- ~ ~ayments made as hereinabove set forth shall extend the time of payment of any ~ € ~nstallment payment due or to become due hereund~r. Neither forbearance, nor ncceptance by the holder hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall ba deemed extension. Each maker, surety and endorser heiceof, jointly and severally, waives demand, ~~-resentment, protest and notice of protest for non-payment, and-further agrees t::a~ any extension of time of payment, either before or after maturity, without ::~tice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable a~`orney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under.the constitution and laws each State of the United States, as against this obligation or any extension or renewal hereof.
