on the date of this Absolute Bill Of Sale, provided and upon the
express condition that the parties of the second part shall pay all
accounts payable and owed by FR$SSWATER-SMITH MACSINS OOMPANY, a
Florida corporation, on the date of this Absolute Bill Of Sale, and
shown on the books of account of said Corporation, including the
swn of approximately $7,000.00 as ahown in Paragraph 3(t) herein-
above. The parties of the second part by their acceptance.and
recording of this Absolute Bill Of Sale hereby agree to pay all of
said accounts payable of FI~SHWAT$R-SMITH 1KAC~INR ~1~ANY, a Florida
corporation. .
7. All shares of stock issued by FRBS~idATER-SMIT$ MACSINS
O~MPANY, a Florida corporation, being one hundred fifty (150) ahares
of com~non stock, capital stock, of said corporation, of the par value
of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per share. ~
8. Certificate of Public Convenierice And Neceseity,
No. 702, dated March 20, 1962, issued by the FLORIDA RAILROAD AND
P'US, IC IITILITIES QOI~MISSION to FRSSSWATER-SMITS MACAINE OOMPANY, a
Florida corporation, Fort Pierce, Florida; and Certificate of Publ~ic
Convenience And Necessity, No. 702, dated October 13, 1970, to
include Extension (of original Certificate No. 702) In Order Nos.
5335, 9080 and 9164, Docket Nos. 6405-CCT and 69303-CC'r of the
FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COI~iISSION.
9. The For-Hire Permit No. 890, dated January 19, 1949,
issued by the FIARIDA RAILItiOAD AND PiJBLIC UTILITIffi OO1rIIKISSION to
FRRSHInTATER-SMITFI MACHINE ~MPANY, a Florida corporation, as the same
may have been amended or extended.
