THIS CHATTEL M4RTGAGB, executed the I~~ day of
Novenaber. A.~. 1970, by (~ATHAM MACHINSRY O~MPANY, INC., a Georgia
corporation, having its principal place of businese at 32 Thames
Road, Forest Park, Georqia, 30050, aT. B. DIC~RSON, individually,
and J. W. ARNOLD, individually, parties of the first part, hereinafter
called the Mortgagors, to GLADiYS B. FRESHWAT$R, individually, and~
GLADYS 8. FRSSSFTATER, as Sxecutrix of the Sstate of JOSSPH R. FRSSB-
WAT$R; deceased, 808 Georgia Avenue, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, 33450, parties~of the second part, hereinafter called the
Mortgagees, -
WITNSSSBTH, that for divers good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggregate aum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter deacribed, the said Mortgaqors,
for themselves, their succesaors, heire and assigns, do grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey.and confirm unto the said -
Mortgagees, their succeasors, executors, ac~iniatrators, heirs and
assigns, forever, all the goods, chattels andperaonal property, here-

oa the real property now occupied by said corporation, at 4601
South Federal Hiqhway, Fort Pierce, Florida, including but not -
