and in the event any items be removed or levied on or aubject to
levy in any litiqation, the Mortgagees, their heirs, legal repre-
aentatives, or assigns, shall harve the option to declare without notice
the entire sums hereby secured forthwith payable.
5. To permit, commit or suffer no waste, iuapainaent or
dete=ioration of said goods, chattels or personal property, or any
part thereof.
~ 6. To perfona, comply with and abide by each and every
the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants in said note
~nd in this.deed set forth.
7. If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not
promptly and fully paid as the same severally become due and payable,
or if each and every tYie atipulations, agreements, conditions and
covenants of said promissory note and this deed or either, are not duly
performed, complied with and abided by, the said aggregate aum men-
tioned in said note and this deed and each thereof shall become due
and payable forthwith or thereafter at the option of the Mortgagees,~
their heirs, legal representatives, successors, or ~ssiqns, as fully
_ and completely as if the said aggregate sum payable by virtue of said
i note and this deed, each and every, were originally stipulated to b~
paid on such day, anything in said note or herein to the contrary
notwithstanding.
8. 1'he provisions~contained in this chattel mortgage are
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the M~rtgagors and the
Mortgagees and their respectiv~ successors, executors, administrators,
heirs and assigns; and the auccessors• and asaigns of the Mortgagora
will be deemed to include and extend to persons and parties who, from

time to time, acquire items of the mortgaged property, hereinafter
• specifically set forth and described, from the Mortgagors, their
successors, executors, administrators, heirs and assigns, to-wit:
