11. It is mutually covenanted and agreed by and between
the Mortgagors and the Mortgageee, and their reapective successora,
executors, acbminiatratora, heira and assigns, that this chattel mort-
gage and the promissory note 8ecured hereby constitute a Florida
contract and shall be conatrued according to the Laws of Florida.
