1. That he will pay tlie indebtedness. as hereinbefore provided. Privilege is reserved to pay the.debt in whole. _

day of any month prior to maturity: P.o~~ided, however. that written notice of an intention to exercise sucfi privilege
is given at least thirty (30) days prior to prepayment; and. provided fudher, that in the event the debt is paid in
full prioc to maturity and s~t that time it is insured under the provisions of the National Housing Act. he will pay to
the mortgagee an adjusted premium charge of one per ce~tum (196) of the original principal amount thereof. except
that in no event shalt the adjusted premium exceed the aggregate amount of premium chacges which would have
been payable iE the mortgage had continued to be insured until maturity; such payment to be epplied by the mort-
gagee upon its obligation to the Secretary oE Housing and Urben Development on accouat of modgrage iasurance.
2. That. in order more fully to protect the securlty of this modgage. the mortgegor, together with, and in addi-
tion to. the monthly payments under the terms of the note secured heceby. on the fust day of each month until the
said note is fully paid, will pay to the moctgagee the follawing sums:

Any deficiency in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless roade good by the mortgagor
prior to the due date of the next such paym~nt, constitute an event d default under this mortgage. The modgagee
may collect a"late charge" not to e:ceed two cents (2Q) fbr each dollar (S1) of each payment more than fifteen
(15) days in arrears to cover the extra expease involved in handling delinquent payments.
3. That if the total of tlie paymeats made by the modgagor under (6) of pacagraph 2 preceding shall exceed
~ the amount oE payments actually made by the martgagee, for ground rents, taxes and assessments and insurance
premiums, as the case may be. such exceas shall be credited by the mortgagee oa subsequent payments to be
~ made by the mortgagor. If, however, the monthly payments made by the moctgagor undec (bJ of paragraph 2 pre-

default, the mortgagee shall apply, at the•tia~e ot the commencement of such proceedings or at the time the prop-

as a credit against the amount of prlncipal then remaining unpaid under seid note and shall properlyadjust any
payments which shall have been made under (o) of said paregraph.
~ 4. That he will pay aU taxes, asseasments, water rates. and ot6er governmental or municip~l charges, [ines, ~
or impositions, for which provision has not been made heteinbefoce. and in default thereof the mortgagee may pay
the same; and that he will promptly deliver the official receipts therefor to the mortgegee. •
