SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE 2(,~C~.~
KNOW ALL I~N BY THSS$ PRESBNTS, that
WHBREAS, the undersiqned, LELIA A. WALSH, is the owner
and holder of a certain mortqaqe from WILLIAM D. WALSH and ANN EDEN
WALSH~ his wife, to LELIA A. WALSH, dated January 18, 1960, re-
corded in Mortqaqe Book 162, paqe 457, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, securinq an indebtedness in the original
amount of $56,800.00, and
Wf~REAS, said 1PILLIAM D. WALSH and ANN BDEN WALSH, his
wife, have executed a mortqage with THE~FEDERAL LAND BANK OF ~
COLUMBIA, Colutabia, South Carolina, dated Auqust 13, 1970, and !
beinq identified as Mortgag~ Loan No. F-120-0-14, in the oriqinal ~

principal sum of $68,000.00, and
- WSEREAS, said LELIA A. WALSH is aqreeable to a waiver
of priority of her said mortqaqe;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the sum o€ $1.00 and other qood and valuable consideration in hand
paid by I+IILLIAM D. WALSH and ANN EDEN WALSH, his wife, to the under-
siqned, LELIA A. WALSH, the underafqned does hereby waive the
priority of her mortgage dated January 18, 1960, and recorded in ~
Mortgaqe Book 162, page 457, public records of St. Lucie County,

~ Florida, and does by the execution hereof covenant, consent and
€ aqree that said mortgaqe owned and held by her shall be, and the .
same is hereby, made subject and subordinate in lien to the lien
of said mortqage of THE FEDERAL LAND BANR OF COLUMBIA dated
August 13, 19?0, in the sum of $68,000.00, upon the following
described property, to-wit:
