4. To the extent of the indebtedness of the Mort~asor to the Mort~a~ee described herein or secured hereby,
~he hlortsaaee is hereby,subro~ated to the lien or liens and to the ri~hts of the owners aad holde~s thereof of each
and every mortsa~e, lien or other incumbra~ce on the land described herein which is paid and/ot satisCed, in

6. The lien of this deed secures and shall continue to secure payment of ssid indebtedness or indebted-
