HomeMy WebLinkAbout0893 over a road to extend from the Northerly right of way line of 'Itirnpike Feeder Road to the North boundary of the lands being conveyed to Buyer. Said road shall have a minimum right of way width of 100 feet throughout its length. It is recognized that Buyer intends to develop the lands con- veyed to it ae a mobile home park and that considerable engineering work is required before said road is actually laid out by survey. For this reason Buyers agree that, until such tlme as the said road is actually ~ laid out and passable, Sellers and their heirs, a~iministrators, grantees and assigns may use the VYest 100 feet of the lands conveyed to Buyer as an easement for ingress and egress to Sellers' lands lying northerly of Buyers lands. ~ 4. The Buyer further agrees for itself, its heirs, grantees, and assigns, that the Sellers, their heirs, grantees, and assigns, shall have a permanent easement for ingress and egress over any additional roads which may be constructed on the property sold hereunder that ex- tend to the northern boundary of ~ Buyer's property, and further agree that any such roads which extend to the northern boundary of the Buyer's pror? perty, may be extended by the Sel~ers, their heirs, grantees, or assigns, irno the Sellers' properties, and the Sellers shall have the right for pur- , poses of said extension, to do any work necessary m connect the two ~ ; roads and make such usable, including the right ~ go onto the Buyer's ~ ~ property for such necessary work tio complete such construction so that ~ the roads, including the road set out in paragraph three, shall be usable . and passable. Nothing cornained herein shall be construed as obligating the Sellers for any upkeep, mairnenance or work on the roads located on the property purchased hereunder, by the Buyer. 5. All parties hereto are aware of that certain agreement en- tered into between the Buyer and Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, ~ ~ whereby the Buyer has agreed to pay certain amounts Uo said Drainage ~ District.
