by and between JOHI~T I,. LSSTSR and RUTH W. LESTSR, his wife, and ROBERT
R. COX and JOAN P. CUX, his wife, hereinafter called the Sellers and
ROYAL ESTATSS~ INC., a Florida~corporation, hereinafter called the
Buyer. ~
~WITNSSSETH:~
In consideration of the Agreement, sale of land and the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the parties hereto agree that the Sellers shall,after conveyance to the
Buyer of certain lands as described in ari Agreement and Deed dated
this day, continue to own certain lands immediately to the North.
The Sellers hereby give unto the Buyer the right of first refusal to
purchase all or any part of their said remaining lands to the North
should Sellers ever offer to sell all or any part of the same, at the
same price and upon the same te~rms and conditions as any such offer
by Sellers. Buyer mn~st exercise its right of first refusal in writing~
within fifteen (15) days from written present.ment by Sellers and must
then close the transaction within sixty (60) days from delivery of
' abstract. Buyer has no right of first refusal as to any of Sellers'
remaining lands lying South of the Turnpike Feeder Road. The ~ellers,
~ in addition, qrant an option on the land im~nnediately North, for a
~ period of seventy-five (75) days from th'
date. The Buyers may purchase said
property for a price of One Hundred •
