equipment for the purpose of cleaning out said canal and deepening or
widening its channel within the above described boundaries of such canal,
it being understood that any expense involved thereby shall be th~ obligatio
of Grantee and Grantor. shall not be liable ivr any part thereo~ Nothing
herein contained shall be construed as preventing Grantor from freely usi
the above described Canal No. 3 for t~rainage purposes, and Grantee cove-
nants that it will not make any change in the ~ configuration or physicial
structure of said Canal No. 3 that would prohibit or irnerfere with Gran-
tor's normal and reasonable use thereof. All the covenants and agree~
ments herein contained shall extend to and be binding upon both parties
hereto and their reSpective successors and assigns.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise incidern or appertaining,
to the proper use, benefit and behoof of the Grantee and its successors
and assigns forever. ~
