PERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, . a non profit Florida Corporatlon, here-
inafter called Association, and ROYAL ESTATES, INC. , a Florida Cor-
poration hereinafter called Royal,
WITNFSSETH:
WHEREAS, Royal is the owner of all that certain property in St.
Lucie County, Florida described as:
- The E~ of Section 1, Township 34 South, Range
~ 39 East, and thai part of the E~ of Section 12,
Townahip 34 South, Range 39 East lying Nortti
of the Z~rnpike Feeder Road, and all that part
of the VIf4 o f Section 7, Township 34 South, Range
40 East lying North of said Turnpike Fe.eder Road.
Less and excepting therefrom a parcel of approx-
imately 2.9 acres described as: A part of the West
146.34 feet of the SE4 of Section 12, Township 34,
~ South, Range 39 East, described as follows:
Beginning -at the. irnersection of the North-South quarter
section line with the Northerly right-of-way line of
the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road, whic~ point
is 86.61 feet South of the NE oorner of the SE,'-~ of the
SW4 of Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 39 East; .
thence run northeasterly along tlie Northerly right-of-
way line of the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road
i ~ 205.62 feet to a point, which point at its closest dis-
j tance is 146.34 feet from the North-South quarter section
~ line of Said Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 39
East; thence run North, Parallel with the said North-
South quarter~ section line a diatance of 847. 84 feet to

upon which property Roya1 has obtained necessary zoning and intenda to

WHEREAS, it is necessary that Royal obtain an easement to use
that certain canal lying immediately west of and contiguou~ to the abov~

deacribed property for drainage purposes; which canal lies paraally upon
lan~ds ~waed by Association, is known as Canal No. 3 and is indicated
by red oolor on map of Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District dated June,
