by and between LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a
non profit Florida Corporation, hereinafter called Grantor, and ROYAL
. ESTATFS, INC. , a Florida corporarion, whose mailing address is: 133
South 2nd. Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called Grantee,
WI1'NESSETH;
lfiat for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and -other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the Grantee unto the Gran-
tor, prior to or at the time of the ensealing of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor dces hereby grant and
convey unto the said Grantee, ROYAL ESTATFS, INC. , and its legal
successors and assigns the ~ perpetual right, easement and use of so much
of the following described canal as might be owned by Grantor, said canal
being known as Canal No. 3 and extending northerly from the north boun-
dary of Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District to its northerly terminus;
which canal is described as:
The West 4 feet of the East Half of Sections ~ .

' and the West 4 feet of that part of the East

; 39 East lying North of the North Boundary of
Fort Fierce Farms Drainage District in said ~

AND the East 55 feet of the Weat half of Sect-
ion 1, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, the
