3 at all reasonable times with workmen and necessary machinery and equi
ment for the purpose of cleaning out said canal and deepening or widening
its channel within the above described boundaries of such canal, it being
understnod that any expense involved thereby shall be the obligation of
Grantee and Grantor shall not be liable for any part thereof. Nothing herei
contained shall prohibit Grantor from ~ freely using the above described
Canal No. 3 for drainage purposes, and Grantee_ covenants that it will not
make any change in the configuration or physical structure of said Canal
No. 3 that would prohibit or interfere with. Grantor's normal and reason-
able use thereof. All the covenants and agreements herein oontained shall
extend to and be binding upon both parties hereto and their -respective
successors and assigns.
