That for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the Grantee
unto the Grantors, prior to or at the time of the ensealing of these

do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee, ROYAL ESTATES, INC. ,
and its legal successors and assigns the perpetual right, easement and
use of such much of the following descri.bed canal as might be owned by
Grantors, said canal being lrnown as Canal No. 3 and exterrding northerly
from the north boundary of Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District to its
- northerly terminus; which canal is described as:
