cessary machinery and equipment tor the purpose of cleaning out said
canal and deepening or widening its channel within the above described
boundaries of su ch canal, Nothing herein contained shall be construed as
preventing Grantors, and their successors in tltle, from freely usin~ the
above described Canal No. 3 for drainage purposes, and Grantee cove-
naMs that it will not make any change in the configuration or physical
structure of said Canal No. 3 that would prohibit or interfere with Gran=
tors' normal and reasonable use thereof. All the covenants and agree-
ments herein .contained shall extend to and be binding upon tioth parties
hereto and their respective grantees, successors and assigns.
To have anc~ to hold the same, together with all and
singular the aQpurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise incident or
appertaining, to the proper use, bene~it and behoof of the Grantee and .
its successors and assigns forever.
