THIS ~IARRANTY DEID, made the /d~ day of November, 1970,
by JAMES W. PIOWATY and ST. LUCI$ COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as Trustees of the WILLIAM J. PIt7WATY REVOCABLS TRUST,
dated the 20th day of January, 1967, and JAMES W. PIO~TATY, indi-
vidually, joined by his wife, DEBORAFi PIaFTATY, hereinafter called
the grantor to DiAVID R. IANGFITT and LaVERNS E. LANGFITT, his .
wife, P.O. Box 3384, Beach Station, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960,
hereinafter called the qrantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
~ "grantee" include all of the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives and
assigna of individuals, and the succesaors and
~ assiqns of corporations.) _
WITNESSBTH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the swa of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-
wit:
T'he North 72 feet of the South 387.05 feet of ~ the
East 210 feet of the West 259~ feet of the SW~ of
the NW~ of the NE~ of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, said land lying and being in Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditamenta and appur- -
~ tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. ~

~ the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee.simple;~ that
