Mortgage Company, Inc., a FLaItIUA CQtPORATION, Mortgagee, and SMANUBL
GRBBNB and ANN8TT8 GRBBNB, his wife, mortgagors.
WH$RBAS, the parties hereto wader date of June 30, 1970 entered into a
certain mortgage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Official
Records Book 185, page 1721 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
being described as follows;
Lot 18, PINAR SUBDIVISION U[~1IT TWO
as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat ~
Book 15, at Page 26 of the Public Re-
- cords of St. Lucie County, Florida
WHBREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said mortgage in order that it may set forth the true,
complete and intended agreement between the parties:.
NOW, THBRgFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained,
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day
of October, 1970 and the final payment is showa to be due oa or before the first
day of September, 2000. Tfie mortgagors and mortgagees are desirous of amending ~
the ~irst payment due date to December 1, 1970 and~amending the final payment
due date to November, 2000 at which time the entire outstanding remaining prin-
; cipal balance shall be paid in full.

~ ~xcept as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, cavsnants, conditioas
~ and provisions of the Note and Mortgage dated June 30, 1970, shall remnin ia

~ full force and effect.
This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their reapective successors, heirs and assigns.
