WI~RSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and_ Zoning Con~aiasion, after
holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at least fifteen
days prior to said hearing and all property owners within 300 feet were
notified by mail of said hearing, has recomaended to the Board of Gounty
Com~aissioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described requeet
for a change in zoning classification be DffidISD, and .
WHBRSAS, the Hoard of County Con~aissioners held a public hearing on
November 17, 1970, after publishing notice of said hearing in The News
Tribune on the 29th day of October, 1970, said date~being at least fifteen
t15) days prior to the date of said hearing. ~ ~
