SAMPSON and IRIS T. SAMPSON, his wife, and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON and
BONITA G. SAMPSON, his ~ife, hereinafter called_ the grentors, to
KONRAD WAGNER and IIrQ?tY WAGNER, his wife, whose post office addres
is 61 Bronx River Road, Yonkers, New York 10704, hereinafter call

ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar
gain, sell, - alien, remise, release, conv~ey and confirm unto the
gr~ tees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flor
da, viz:
Lot 4, Block 74, Unit 7, and Lot 5, Block 109, Unit 9,
LAKEi~AOD PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plats thereof recorded in
Plat Book 11, page 13, and Plat Book 11, pages 27A, 278, 27C,
and 27D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
- SUBJBCT TO any easements, re~erva.tions and restrictions of
record. _
1~OGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and~ appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD, the sam~e in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors ~hereby covenant with said grantees that the
~ grantors gre lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
~ grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
~ said land; that the.grantors hereby fully warrant the title to
~ said land and will~defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-

brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1969.
