WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of th

ationa, receipt whereof is hereby aclazow~:dged, hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
graatees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flor
da, viz:

as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book ll, at pages 32A,
32B, 32C and 32D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
SUBJECT T0 any easements, reservations and restrictions of

1~OGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaurents and appurten-
