Trustee under the terms of such Declaration of Trust, and to my sucxessors as Trustce under the terma of
such Doclaration of Trust, all right, tide, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which I as Releasor have
or ought to have in or to the property locatod at: 1702 Avenue "k" . -

of the Clerk of the Circuit Court the 9th Day of July, 1951 on Page 30 of Plat
Book 9 in St . I.ucie County, Florida .
