October 30, 1970 , do by these presents release and forever Qnit-Cisim to myself at
Trustee undei the temns of such Declaration of Trust, and to my suocessors as Trustee under the terms of ~
such Declaration of Tnut, all right, tide, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which I as Releasor have
or ought to have in or to the property located at: 1734 Avenue "K"
Lot 21 Block Two (2) on Map of Buildinq. Lots of Cottaqe Park Subdivision,
said map is recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 5, of the Public Recards of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Map dated June 15, I951, and filed foc~ record in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court the 9th Day of july, 1951 on Page 30 of Plat
Book 9 in St. L~,e County, Florida.
Said parcel of land is more particularly described as:
Lot 21 of Block~ Two (2) of Cottage Park Subdivision.
"Being the same Premises Coave~c~ed to the Releasac (s) vla a deed dated
October 3rd, I940 and recorded in deed book 96 Paqe 283-284 of the
Saint Lucie County I,and reco~ds."
