MORTGAG$ IrIODIFICATION AGRSSMBNT
This Note and Kortgaqe Modification Aqreement entered
into this day of November, 1970, by and between
JOffi~T D. $LLIS, SR. and CARRIS 8. $LLIS, his wife, herein-
after referred to as "First Partiea" , and SAI~IBL IQIIGHT and
B$TTY LU8 IQdIGHT, his wife, hereinafter referred to as
"Second Parties";
WITNSSS$T8, that for Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration between the parties, receipt
of which is hereby acknawledged, the aforesaid parties aqree
as followa, to wit: '
1. That the parties of the First Part are awners and
holdera of that certain mortqaqe dated April 15,.1970, and
recorded May 20, 1970 in Official Record Book 184 at pages ~
2107-09 of the_public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
- in the oriqinal principal aum of I~ine Thousand Nine Hundred
and no/100 Dollara ($9,900.00) encumberinq the following
described property, to-wit: -
' Lots 1 and 2, MSYSRHOFF'S SUBDIVISION of Lot
' 96, Garden City.Farms, as per plat thereof

2. That the amount~remaining unpaid on said mortqage
and note is the sum of 8iqht Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Five
and 47/100 Dollara ($8,695.47) as of the 19th day of Novem-
ber, 1970.
3. The monthly paymenta on said mortqage and note are

($150.00) per month due on the 30th day of each month.
4. The interest rate on said note and mortgaqe is here-
