THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the~day

and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and having ita prin-
cipal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the
grantor, to LAKEWOOD PARK METHODIST CHURCH, INC, , a non- ?

BLVD. , Fort Pierce, Florida hereinafter called the grantee.
WITN ESSE'TH:
That the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
