Together with all and singulat the tenements, hereditaments and appurlenances ttr~reunto belonging ~r in

plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment. toilets, basins. electric fieating and lighting ;
plants, lighting ftxtute~, power machinery, piant or plants for running and operation of passenget or olher ele- `
vators, including passenger and ot6er elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now
or~ hereafter located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery. appliances and apparatus nuw or
hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and ap-
~ purtenances ociginally installed on said premises, in connection with the completion theteof or in addition there-
~ tv, w-hich may hereafter be placed upon the above described land, which said fixtures, machinery. appliances and
~ apputtenances the \lortgagor warrants shall be free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in
favot of any other person and that this deed shall be a fitst lien thereon.
TO 114VE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or as-.
s~gntd by the Vbrtgagot, or iniended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
And the Nortgagor covenants with the ~lortgagee, that ihe ;1lortgagor has full power and lawful right to
convey said land in fee sirt~le as aforesaid; that it shall be lawlul for the Mortgagee at all time~ peaceably and
quietly to enter upon. hold. cecupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as
may be herein dtscribed; that the Mortgagor will make such further assucances to perfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mort6aaee as may ceasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrsnts the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoevet.
