ITEM V.
I expressly authorize and empower the executrix of
this, my 7rast Will and Testament to sell and convey any
part or all of the assets of my estate at public or private
sa~e, with or without notice, as she may deem best and
without the necessity of securing any.order of Court, to
execute and deliver any and all instruments necessary to
carry out the power of sale hereby conferred, and to hold .
the proceeds of any sale to the same uses and purposes as
hereinabove set forth; to borrow money when necessary for ~

the protection, preservation or improvement of my estate; to ~
acquire and hold such investments as she may deem advisable.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, I have hereunto affixed my hand
