That he was personally acquainted with Joseph E. Tierney,

Tierney, Sr. was married to Gertrude R. Tierney, prior to
October 10, 1967, and that said marital relationship was con-
tinuous and without interruption from October 10, 1967, until
the date of death of Joseph E. Tierney, Sr., on August 17, 1970.
