ber 25, 1968 anci known as Trust No. l, conveyed the real
estate aemised by the LEASE to~St. Lucie County Bank as
Trustee under Trust Agreement dated September 25, 1968 and _ ~
known as Trust No. 4;
~ G.~ By assignment dated September 22, 1970 and
recorded in Official Records Book 187,. Pa~e 13G2`, of the
C public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, St. I,ucie
County Bank as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated Septem-
~ ber 25, 1968 and known as Trust No. 1, as Lessor, assigned
all of its.right, title and interest in the LEASE to St.
Lucie County Bank as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated
September 25, 1968 and known as Trust No. 4; -
H. The assignee of the Lessor's interest in and
to the LEASE and the assignee of the Lessees' interest in
and to the LEASE nocr desire to cancel and terminate the LEASE.
NOW, THER~FORE, for Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
