THIS INDENTURE, made this day of ,
A. D. , 1970, by and between ALINE H. LAHANN. as Executrix of the Estate
of ALLEN H. PLATTER, a/k/a ALLYN H, PLATTER. Deceased. party of
the firet part, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and JOSEPH E. KOLF.
reaiding at 4300 North Ocean Boulevard. Ft. Lauderdale. Florida 38308.
party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee. ~
WITNESSETH;
That the Grantor was duly qualified as F~cecutrix of the Estate of
ALLEN H. PLATTER, a/k/a ALLYN H. PLATTER. Deceased, by the County
Judge's Gourt of Pinellas County, Florida~ and is now the .acting Executrix of
this estate. The said Grantor, as Executrix, was given authority by Order of
the County Judge's Court of Pinellae County. Florida, entered July 16, 1970,
to convey -the property hereinafter described, - '
NOW. THEREFORE, in accordance with the authority to convey as
stated in said Order of the Couaty Judge's Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

siderations, paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby
ackaowledged, the said Grantor has and does hereby convey unto the said
JOSEPH E. K~OLF, Grantee. his heirs, representatives and assigns forever.
all of the right, title and iaterest of the said Allea H. Platter, a/k/a Allyn H.
