THIS AGRESMSNT, made th3a ~ day of January, A.D. 1970,

between ALBSRT L. SMITFi, party of the first part, and I~WARD R.LOHR

parties of the second part,
~ WITNSSSSTB, that if the said parties of the second~part shall
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned~
on~their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first
part hereby conveys and agrees to convey and assure to the said parties
of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns,
in fee simple, clear of all encwnbrances whatever, by a good and suffi-
cient warranty deed, the lot, piece, or parcel, known and described
as follows, to-wit:
- Lots 1, 2 and 3, less the .West 11 feet
thereof for road right-of-way, and the
West 25 feet of Lot 4 of ULRICH'S SUB-
DIVISION, Hlock C, accorc2ing to plat -
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, at page
64, of the public records of St. Lucie

and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and aqree to
