~ Virginia S. Padgett, the un-remarried widow of Earl Pgdgett,
deceased, the Grai~tor, in consideration of the sum of #10.00 received
from Walter Luechauar and Snsie I.uechauer, his wife, the Grantees, of
2304 North Sixteenth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereby, on this
/'J~ day of November, A. D. 1970, conveys to the Grantees, as an
estate by tha entireties, the real property in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
