unto the said Grantee, his heirs and aesiqns, all that certain

Florida, by their Deed dated 10/23/1958and recorded in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds of the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, in Deed Book Volume 242 , paqe 21-22, qranted and con-
veyed unto Hubert A. Tyler and Lillian L. Tyler, his wife, as

I 3~zeqheny, _ CQmu~omwealth of Fennsylvania, leavinq her last will an
tastament dated the 29th of May, 1962, whic2~ is of record in the
office of th~ R~eqister of ~iills of the Connty of 1~?lleqheny, Caa- '
~ mom~ealth of Fennaylvania, at the nunber and te~ aforeaaid, and
by aaid last will and testament the Pittsburqh l~ational Bank,
~ Grantor herein, was appointed executor and has duly qualified as
such executor.
