RSSOLUTIO~N NO. 70-88 - WI~RSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commisaion after holding a public hearing bn Octohbr~ 23, 1970, of which due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hear- ing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the following amendawents to the Compreh,ensive Zoning Resolution and Schedule~of bistrict Regulations for St. ~ Lucie County be adopted; and W~REAS, said Board of Couhty Commissioners held a public hearing on said recommendation on November 24, 1970 after first publishing a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune, published in Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 4th-day of November, 1970, said date being at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said t~earing . Under Section 2, DEFINITIONS, delete the definition ~ for Grou~ Honsincx in its entirety and insert the following: - ~ Group Housinq - Shall mean two or more buildings for ~ dwelling purposes erected or placed on the same lot. E ~ 2. Under Section 10, YARDS, delete paraqraph 5, Proviaions ~ of Yards for Group IiouainQ in its entirety. ~ 3. Under Section 7, SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT RBGUL~LTIONS, add ~ t an additional paragraph as follows: ~ ~ . ~ Paragraph 20.- Group Housing - In districts where group ~ housinq is pern~itted, development shall be aubject to the ~ following requirementa: ~ a. Site Develotxnent Plans ahall be submitted to and _ approved by the Planninq and Zoning Conuniasioner prior ~ ~to issuance of any building permits for property - ~ , involved.
