The classification of units proposed shall ~ determine the applicable district regulations. (2) Location, character and size of all common use facilities. Common use facilities not governed by Building and Zoninq Regulations ehall comply with requirementa of the Regulations for Filing_ Plats and develop~ng Subdivisiona. (3) Locatior~, character and enclosure of all outside . facilities for waste storage and aewage facilities. (4) All_curb cuta, driveways, parking areas, load~.ig areas, walkways, yards and landscapinq. b. Developonent plans shall be subtnitted to and approved by the County $ngineer prior to submiasion to the Plaruiing and Zoning Board for approval. c. Approved site development plans shall be filed in the office of the County Sngineer,e?nd the Building and Zoninq Department. Periodic inspections will be made by both departments. No certificate of occupancy shall ~ be.isaued until all site improvements serving the unit in question are complete. - 4.
