(c ) (31ft. If ar~y apartment owr~er shall acquire title by gift, t i~e continuance of his owt~ership of his apartment shall be sub~ect to the approval of the Association. (d) Devise or inheritance. If arpr ap~rtment owner shall acq re s e y ev se or inheritance, the con- tinuance of his ownership of his apartment shall be sub~ect to the approval of the Association. ~ (e) Other Transfers. If any apartment owner shall acquire his e y any manner not considered in the fore- going sub-sections, the continuance oP his ownership of his _ apartment shall be sub~ect to the approval oF the Associa- tion. - ~ 13.2 A proval b Associat~on. The approval of tY~e Asaocia- tion that is requ r or e ransfer of ownership of apartments shall be obtained in the following manner: (a) Notice to Association. (1) Sale. An apartment owner inter~ding to make . a bona fide sale of his apartment or ar~y interest in it shall give to the Association notice oP such inten- tion, together xith the nams and address of the inten- ded purchaser and such other information concerning the intended purchaser as the Association may reason- ably re~quire. Such notice at the apartment owne r~s , option may include a demand by the apartment owner that the Aasociation ~rnish a purchaser of the apartments ~ if the proposed purchaser is not approved; and if such ' demand is made, the notice shall be accompanied by an ~ executed copy of the proposed contract to sell. i ~ i (2 ) Lease. ~ln apartment owner intending to mal~e ~ a bona fi e ease of his apartment or ar~y interest in ~ it shall give to the Association notice of such in- tention; together with the nam~e and address of the in- ter,ded lessee, such other information concerning the inter~ded lessee as the ~ssociation may reasonably re- quire and an executed copy of the propoaed lease. , (3 ) Qift devise or inheritance; other transfers . An apartmen owner w as o a ne s e g , ~ ~ devise or inheritance, or by any other manner not pre- viously considered, shall give to the Association notice ~ of the acquiring of his title, together with such infor- ; mation concerning the apartment owner as the Association ~ may reasonably require, and a certified copy oP the in- ~ stru~ment evidencing the owner~s title. ~ ~ ~ ~ (4) Failure to give notice.
