BY-LAWS
of
COLONNADES CONDQMINIUMS NO. 2, INC.
a corporation not for profit

1. ~Identi,~t . These are the By-Laws of Colonnades Condominiums ~
No. 2, Inc. , hereinafter called the "Association," a corporation '
not for profit under the~laws of the State of Florida, organized !
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 711, Florida Statutes 1963, ~
hereinafter referred to as the "Condominium Act".
1.1 The office of the Association shall be at 1323

1.2 The fiscal year of the Association shall be the
calendar year. . ~
1.3 The seal of the Association shall bear the name
of the corpora
on, the word, "Florida", the words "corpora-
tion not for profit", and the year of incorporation.
2. Members' meetings.
2.1 The annual members' meetin shall be held at the
office of e Association at ays ore Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, on the second Thursday of November of each year, for
the purpose of electing directors and transacting any other
business authorized to be transacted by the members; provided,
however, if that day. is a leqal holiday, the meetinq shall be _
held at~the same hour on the next day that is not a holiday.
2.2 ~S ecial members' meetin s shall be held whenever
called by ~t~ie, Presi ent or Vice-President or by a majority
of the Board of Directors, and must be called by such officers
upon receipt of a written request from members entitled to
cast fifty-one (51$) percent of the votes of the entire member-
ship, provided, however, until First National Bank of Fort Pierce, as
Trustee, hereinafter called the "Developer", has closed the
sales of all of the condominiwn apartment units, hereinafter
referred to as "Condaminium Units° or until the Developer
~ elects to terminate its control of the Association, or until
~ one (1) year from ~the date the Declaration of Condaainium is
recorded, whichever occurs first; no special members' meetings
shall be called or convened, except with the consent and
approval of the Developer.
2.3 Notice of all members' meetin s stating the time
and place an e o ~ect or w ic e meeting is called
shall be qiven by the President or Vice-President or Secre-
tary unless waived in writing. Such notice shall be in
writing to each member at his address as it appears on the
books of the Association and shall be ~?.siled not less than
seven (7) nor morP than forty-five (45) days prior to the
- date of the meetinq. Proof of such mailing shall be qiven
by the affidavit of the person giving the notice. Notice
of ineeting may be waived before or after meetinqs.

~ entire membership. The acts approved by a majority of the
votes present at a meeting at which a quorum is present .
shall constitute the acts of the members, except when approval
by a greater number of inembers is required by the Declaration
of Condominium, the Articles of Incorporation,.or these By-Laws.
