20. Duty of Lessee to Pay. It shall be the,duty ann o~lioation
of the Lessee o assess s condominium unit owners, in accordance k*i~h
the provisions of th~ applicable laws of the State of Florida, dea3.ir~
with condominium, the Declaration of Condor?Ltnium and tr.e 3y-7,aws of
~ ~he Lessee for such ~ronies as shall be necessary to pay the rents and
other obligations provided for by this Lease, arrl to otnerwise perfor~
~ its covenants and promises contained herein.
