25. Default Clause. ~
a. It is f'urther covenanted and agreed by and between tr.e
parties hereto that in case, at any time, default sha11 be r:~acie
by the Lessee in the payment of ariy of the rent here~n provided

~ default in relation to liens, as hereinabove provided for, or if
