POWER OF ATTORNEY
That we, E~RL L. McGEB and MABLE 8. McGE~, his wife, have
made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, con-
stitute and appoint MABLE D. McGEE, their true and lawful attorney
for them end in their riame, place and stead to do any and a11 legal
acts, including but not limited to the following: To execute aII Iegal
documents, including bank accounts, stocks, bonds, contracts, deeds of
conveyance, satisfactions ot mortgages, including the execution of
deeds of conveyance of all right, title and interest of the grantor -
in any real estate, or any interest therein, previously owned or here-
after acquired by grantor; giving and granting unto our said attorney
full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises
as fully, to all intents and purposes, as we might or coul~d do if per- .
sonally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, here-
by ratifying and confirming aZl that our said attorney or her substi-
tute shall lawfully do or cause to be done'by virtue hereof. '
