' Pierce, Fiorida 33450, as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, eonstructing and maintafning
outfall and drainaqe df.tches and drains in, upon and through the fol-
lowing deseribed land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: .
