The promissory note, dated December 12, 1961, in the face amount

of $214, 000.00, executed by Joseph M. Propst, ae Trustee, payable to ~
Jacqueline H. Carlton Remmerawaal, which said ~promiasory note has an
unpsid principal b~lance of ~149, 800. 00, shall be modified to be payable as
follows: -
The prfncipal p~ayment due under the above note in the amount of
~21,400.00 on January 1, 197~ shall be waived and shall by this ModiHca- :
~ tion becorne due and payable an january 1, 1978. All other terms and con- -
ditions in said promissary note shall remain ~the~ same. including the payment
of ~ntereat due on January 1, 1971 and thereafter on January 1> of each year ~
until the principal sum shall be p~id in full. ~
The property included within the martgage is that certain property as
shawn on the mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 25, page 46, public
records of St. Lucie County, Fl~rida, and all other terms and canditions af
the original mortgage and the original promissory note shall remain the same
except as modified by this instrument and nothin,g herein contained shall be
~ construed to impair the security of the Party of the Second Part under said
rnortgage, or to affect ar impair *he rights or powers which they may have
under eaid note and mortgage for the recovery of the mortgage debt in case
of non-fulfillment of said mortgage on the part of the Party of the First Part, f
or its successors or assigns. ~
