, AMENDED EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~hday of November, 19?0,
by and between M. A. WALLY and ADA WALLY, his wife, Grantors, and
NORTON TIRE CO. , INC. , a Florida corporation, Grantee,
~ WITNESSETH: •
. That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollara (~10.00j
and other valuable considerations in hand paid to the Grantors by the Grantee,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grantors hereby grant unto
Grantee, its successors and assigns, for ever, two (2}: rights-of-way and
easements, described hereinafter, with the right, privilege and authority,
to said Grantee, its successors~ and assigns, to construct, erect, operate,
and maintain a line or lines for the purpose of transmitting electric or ~
other power, telephone and telegraph lines, water and drainage lines, gas
lines and sewer lines, the said easements being described as follows: ~
A. From the Southwest corner of Lot 68, Maravilla
Gardens, as showa on Plat thereof recorded in plat
book page 19, St. Lucie County, Florida, run
East along the South line of said lot 68, 230 feet,
thence rua North parallel with the Weat line of said
lot 68, 285 feet to the point of beginning; thence
j continue North 6 feet, thence run East parallel with -
~ the South line of said lot 68, 6? feet more or less to
' the West right of way for South Third Street, thence
~ run South 6 feet, thence run West 6? feet mote or less
~ to the point of beginning.

~ - book 7, page 19, St. Lucie. County, Florida, run
East along the South line of said lot 68, 230 feet,

continue North 12 feet, thence run East parallel with
