Grantors further grant to Grantee, ~its successore aad assigna.
the right to maintaia the aforementioned linea for uti2ities, aad, should it
be necessary for auy improvements placed by Grantors, their heirs or
assigns, such as pavement over the surface of the easements, to be
removed for maintenance or inatallation of new lines within the easements,
Grantee agrees to repla~ce any improvements so distrubed without delay,
to the end that there will be a minimum of interruption of the use of the'
easement property for Grantors, their heirs and asaigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Amended Easement according to the law the day and year first abave
written.
