First Parties aqree to utili~e so much of the $71.14
monthly payments as is necessary to pay the real estate taxes
on the aforementioned real property as well as the insurance
pre~miums due thereon each year.

First Parties will qive Seoond Partiea an annual
state~nent ~o later than February 15 of each year, ehawinq the
am~ount credited to principal, intereat, taxes and insurance
from payment made during the previous calendar year by
Seoond Parties.
Second Parties agree to pay all c~sts connected with
the reoording of this agreement, which is to be recorded no
later than Decesaber 31, 1970, in order for Seo~nd Parties to
be entitled to receive homestead exaaption in the coming year, _
~ to keep the real estate taxes to~a minimum. _
Second Parties agree to pay v~hen due all asseasments _
' ~lhich may be imposed aqainst the propertg for any type of
improvesnents made by any public body which result in an assess- -
ment beinq imposed aq~inst the property.
Second Partiea have the option to transfer thia con-
tract to any other party with os without consent of First
Parties. Furthermore, Second Parties are given the option to
prepay thia contract upon payment to First Parties of a 596
preani.wn for prepayment. ~
