Fontaine LeMaistre, of Palm Beach, Florida, Trusbees, as amended
and svpplemented by Eighteen Supplemental Indentures, each duly
assumed ar ezecuted by the Company to said Tmstces ( all nineteen
instruments be~g herein oollectively called the "Indeniure"), to wLich
Indenture and to all indentures supplemental thereto refermioe is
hereby made for a description of the property transferred, assig~ned
~ and mortgaged thereunder, the nature and eztent o# the seciuity, tl~e
ternLS and conditions upon which the bonds are secured and additional
bonds may be issued and secured, and the rights of the holders or ~
. registered owners of said bonds, of the Trustees and of the Company
in respect of such seCUrity. Subssquent series of said bonda may vary
as to date, date of maturity, rate of interest and in other ways as in

~demption for refuading at a lower net annusl inte~est cost to tLe
