S~criox 7. Bonds of Series N upon surrender thereof at the office
~ or agency of the Company in the City of Chicago, Illinois, may be
' exchanged for the-same aggregate principal amount of bonds of t6at series.
Withim a reasoa~able time after tHe reoeipt of a request for such an
eic~ange the Company shaIl issue and the Trustee shall au~ntica~e
~ and deliver all bonds required in connection therewith, and the T=ustee
shall make such eschange upon ~payment to it of such charge, if aay,
- at i4 required by the followinb P~~Pb•
For any ezchange of bonds for other bonds the Company at its option,
may require the payment of a sum sufficient M reimburse it for any stamp
or otber taa or governmental charge required to be paid by the Company
~ or the Trustee, and in addition a further sum not in exoess of the actual
~ ~ cost of tLe preparation of each new bond issued upon such eachange and -
the chazges of the Tnistee in cannection therewith.
S~cnoN 8. Bonds of Series N shall be numbered "R-1" and con-
secudvely upwards.
S~ct~ox 9. Upon the ezecution of this Ei~teenth Supplemental In-
deuture the Company shall eaecute and deliver to the Tn~stee and the
" Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to the Company or upon the o~+der
of the Company bonds of said Series N in the form of registered bonds
in the a8eregate principal amount of Five Million Dollars (~5,000,000
