Florida corporation, dated March 14, 1968, recorded March 25, 1968~ in
Official Record Book 1?1 at page 151 of the public records of St. Lucie
- County, Florida.
2. That she and her husband, Herman F. Boyer, were the Grantors
in that certain Warranty Deed given to Gerald S. Gilbert and Davi,d A. McNamee
as Trustees under the provisions of certain trust agreements l~own as
The Herman F. Boyer Trust "D" and The Herman F. Boyer Trust "E" on .
November 13, IB69, and recorded November 19, 1969 in Official Record Book
181 at page 451 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That at the time of receipt of the Warranty Deed referred to ~
in Paragraph 1, above, and at the time of execution of the Warranty Deed
referred to in Paragraph 2, above, she was the wife of Herman F. Boyer;
and further affiant sayeth not. ~
