TRIJST DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GERALD S. GILBERT
and DAVIDA. McNAMEE, hereinafter referred to as the grantors, acting
pursuant to and by virtue of the powers in them vested by that certain warranty
deed to trustee and trust agreeme~t from Herman F. Boyer and Leona Mae
Boyer, his wife, to the grantors, dated November 13, 1969, recorded November
19, 1969 in Official Record Book 181 at page 451 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and by virtue of the power and authority granted to them -
under the laws of ~he State of Florida, and in consideration-of the sum of Ten
Dollars (~10. 00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged;. have remised, released and conveyed and do hereby
remise, release and forever convey unto CONEMAUGH, INC., a corporation
organized and e~cisting under the laws of the State of F'lorida, all of the following
described land, situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida;
Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, less the North 30 feet afi Lots 9
and 13, in Block 5; I,ots 1 through'13, both inclusive, less the North
30 feet of Lots 9 and 13, in Block 6; Lot 1 in Block 7; Lots 2
through 4, both inclusive, less the West 30 feet of Lots 2, 3 and 4,
in Block Lot 5, less the North 30 feet and less the Westerly
30 feet, in Block Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, in Block 10;
Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, in Block 11; Lots 2 through _
both inclusive in Block 12; Less road right of way as per deed in O, R.
Book 89, at page 234,_ public records of St. ~Lucie County, FZorida;
All in Ocean View Subdivision-~~ per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 6 at page 61 of the public records of St. Luci~e County, _
Florida. -
being part of the premises conveyed to said grantors by virtue of the aforesaid
warranty deed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-released premises, with all their -
rights, easements and appurtenances, to the grantee, its successors and assigns,
and to its and their use and behalf forever.
,AND grantors covenant for and on behalf of the grantors and grantors=
heirs, executors and administrators, with grantee and its successors and asaigns,
that the premises are free from all encumbrances made by the grantors, except as
aforesaid, but against none other. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Gerald S. Gilbert and David A. McNamee,
